At BORNGOATD, many of our items are made-to-order to ensure quality, intention, and sustainability. Because of this, our refund and exchange policy is outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Preference after delivery

Ordering errors made by the customer
Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will happily replace items if they arrive:

Defective

Misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item received)
To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

Photo of the full item and the defect

Once approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer size or style exchanges at this time.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, a replacement (not refund) will be provided.
Lost Packages

If tracking shows Delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement claim.
Shipping Delays
Because items are produced on demand, production and shipping times may vary. Delays caused by carriers or customs do not qualify for refunds.
