International Orders

  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered, BORNGOATD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement when applicable

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
